Terms of Sale

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable or the delivery details are incomplete; if we do, you will not be charged.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

We currently accept cash on delivery only: you pay the total shown at checkout, in cash, when the order is delivered. Nothing is charged online.

Stock shown on the site is kept up to date, but if an item you ordered cannot be supplied we will tell you and cancel that part of the order.

Delivery is covered on our Shipping & Delivery page and returns on our Returns & Refunds page; both form part of these terms.
